As a responsible and active investor, the National Pensions Reserve Fund Commission is committed to exercising its voting rights across as many investee companies and markets as is practicable. Hermes Equity Ownership Services (EOS) executes proxy votes on behalf of the Fund across its global equity portfolio.

suppliers and customers, to behave ethically and to have regard for the
environment and society as a whole. Hermes EOS will generally support the
recommendations of a company's board unless it has a good reason not to
